ATT Meeting Planning

The board discussed the forthcoming ATT meeting scheduled for 19 November 2024.

Agenda items submitted by HTSA and discussed by the board were confirmed as follows:

1. Matters arising from the previous minutes

2. Stadium update

3. Third-party consultation

4. Club strategy and resources

5. Board of Directors

6. H Town

7. Online booking fees

8. Any Other Business (AOB)

The board agreed that these items reflected current supporter priorities and should be progressed at the ATT meeting.

Events

Football Sustainability Roadshow

The board noted that a Football Sustainability Roadshow would take place on 9^th December 2024 at the Legends Bar. 

The board discussed how the event would be carried out logistically.

The board agreed to put on record their recognition of the importance in informing supporters about sustainability issues within football.

HTSA had hosted an event on 11^th  September to celebrate the work of Archibald Leitch, the designer of Leeds Road Football Ground.

Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) Representation

AB raised the need for HTSA to have a designated representative to attend Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) meetings, ensuring that HTSA was consistently represented.

ABr agreed to take on the role of FSA representative.

The board thanked ABr and formally agreed to the appointment.

Financial Matters

The board noted the following financial items:

• An invoice from Wheawill & Sudworth for HTSA’s Companies House filing fee, which had been paid by HTSA on 12 August 2024

• AB had made a payment on behalf of HTSA to wix on 5^th August 2024 for £108 to keep the website active. This payment is made every year. AB has been reimbursed by HTSA. Payment to AB was made on 8^th August 2024.

The board acknowledged both items.
